What You Eat And When You Eat It Could Help You Lose Pounds

Does it matter when you eat? The body metabolism is at peak from 12:00 noon until 1:30 pm there is a slight peak again from around 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm; after that the body temperature starts to drop and metabolism slows to next to nothing.

Sumo wrestlers gain their weight by eating after 9:00 pm and in the middle of the night; they do this intentionally to gain weight.

Many of us think we can eat anytime and not gain weight, not so.

Some of us even eat only one meal and don’t do that until after 7:00.

Studies prove you get fat eating at the wrong time of the day!

There have been numerous studies giving groups of individuals a 2000 calorie diet where all the food is eaten at 9:00 am and they were actually shown to loose and average of 5-12 pounds in six weeks if that is all they ate.

They lost weight by eating one large meal, but at 9:00 am.

The exact same diet was given to other groups but they ate all the food after 7:30 pm.

They group that ate in the evening gained an average of 16 pounds.  It does matter when you eat.

Eat your entire daily intake of food before 7:00 pm and lose weight.

Try this for a month and see if you see a difference.

Maybe you too can lose 5-12 pounds by eating earlier.

Hidden food allergies are making your fat

Almost everyone who comes to realize their health problems and weight issues are a result of food allergies thinks this is new information.

Not so; alternative health practitioners always look for food allergies or sensitivities to reverse obesity and a host of other common problems.

The foods we eat are so highly processed the body is not recognizing them as food but foreigners.

Foreigners in the body are stored as fat.

Even foods like apples can be foreigners because of the amount of genetically modified seeds out there and the preservatives and waxes added.

The most chemically process and adulterated foods in the market are wheat, corn, soy and dairy.

If you are consuming large percentages of these foods it may be why you cannot lose weight.

If the label list is more than five ingredients I don’t bother with that it is not really food just a bunch of chemicals.

How do you know if you are allergic?

If you avoided the common allergy foods and drop pounds try adding just one back to you diet for a week and see if you gain weight and you will know that it is a problem.

You have to prove it to yourself.

No one can tell you by a blood test that you are not or are allergic.

Reactions in the body are complicated and you are the only one who knows how you feel.

Headache, fatigue, blurry vision, confusion and emotional distress are just a few of the symptoms of food allergies.

You would benefit from keeping a food journal and adding notes about the way you feel after eating.

If you can hardly keep your eyes open after eating you surely ate something that you are allergic to.

What can you eat safely?

Look for food that looks like it just came from the farm.

Lettuce, carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, green leafy vegetables, onions, apples, avocadoes, pears, plums, nuts, whole rice, oats, and other grains, along with chickens, fish, cows all fresh not in packages that sit on the shelf for months at a time.

If you start your day with healthy natural foods you will be better nourished and not likely to go for the vending machines and fast food snacks.

Look for what triggers you to start eating the wrong foods and create a plan for when that happens.

Carry healthy foods with you so you have something to turn to and remember eat all your food before 7:00pm.

Move the body to move the fat

Don’t sit for long periods of time without getting up and walking or moving you body.

If you work at a desk take a 10 minute walk on your breaks and at lunch.

First that will help you move toxins out of your body and second it will keep you from just snacking on you breaks and it goes without saying keep the candy off your desk and out of reach.

Corn sugar causes allergies to foods that you may not even be allergic to without the corn sugar.

Most candy and sweetened foods are sweetened with high fructose corn sugars.

Put it all together

Putting it all together, will almost guarantee weight loss, better health and clearer, thinking.

Even you complexion will improve and a better complexion is something all of us are looking for.

The skin is an organ and the health of the skin is dependent on the health of the rest of the body.

Consider the skin a look inside if the outside is damaged the inside is as well.  Wrinkle creams are helpful only to the extent that the skin is healthy.
